My stay at the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa was a bit of a mixed bag. The hotel has a charming vibe and a great location close to attractions, but unfortunately, I found the rooms to be somewhat outdated and in need of renovation. Service from the bellmen was fantastic, but my experience with the front desk left much to be desired, especially when it came to handling booking issues.
